Don services and their sister company should be investigated for how they treat employees with disabilities. They claim they are for the empowerment of people with disabilities but pay them poorly and don’t pay them what their experience or education are worth. They are mandated to have 51% of their staff and board to be disabled, but nobody with disabilities is in any significant role in management. Their ceos are people without disabilities and Don Services and Disability Options Network hope that people with disabilities will tolerate this because they know it’s hard to find work. They make people take decreases in salaries because the former CEO and now board president wants to pay them less.

Horrible and toxic owner. I personally witnessed him spaz out on someone so bad he told them to go die. People are constantly walking on eggshells around him. He has zero compassion for employees. They let people go with zero notice when they need to close down a department for their own benefit. Your mental health will go down the tubes working for this man. Steer clear.
