*you will get to learn a lot which is reqd for freshers *work from home facility *good work environment *flexible hours * good work life balance
Cons
*while joining as a trainee - 1st 3 months no pay * % of appraisals are less compared to others *no variable pay and other benefits *if you are working on multiple projects you will not get holidays as per company calendar... and if clients are having holidays then also you have to work coz your company doesn't have a holiday....resulting less holidays for you at the end.. *many times they divert consultants from their own modules to other modules as per project availability, so we may end-up loosing our career track *no followup/checks on employees if they are travelling or going on project
