      Pros

      Good, family owned company. Was treated well; management was fair and treated everyone equally. Good benefits, fair amount of vacation and holidays. I worked with the company for 13 years with no serious issues.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was hard to get issues resolved through HR department.

      Steady paycheck and good work enviroment

      Cons

      comp structure changes annually to benefit management. Very micromanaged. Managers can basically get away with anything but sales people get scolded for taking a lunch or breaks. Management works at corporate so they don't really care if there are issues in other locations

      Top tier electronics distribution company Very good training Upper management is very accessible Minimal weekends required Good commissions when you hit your team numbers

      No option for hybrid work environment base salary is on the lower end for the position but not bad by any means
