Pros
Good location- Central and Within a Mall Friendly staff and colleagues Lots of resources and knowledge sharing among different departments
Cons
Possible long work hours depending on team and project stage Lower to Average salary compared to other firms No AWS, bonuses are rare, not much employee benefits and no parental care leave Lacking in manpower at the moment because the capable young ones are all leaving for public sectors or developers Not much appreciation for loyalty. Increments are very little and slow Career ceiling easily reached, you will remain stagnant and doing the same stuff over and over again. Even promotion doesn't really do much to job scope except for more responsibility and just a little bit more in salary.
