No management Lack of oversight People don't feel the need to help out when there are no consequences Anything you do to help fix the store will not be noticed and reverted back due to negligence.

easy going environment, the pay is pretty decent and tips are great (if you live in a college town), very flexible scheduling.

Cons

I was the only girl that worked there, didn't feel as if I was taken seriously, schedule would say that you only work until 4(AM) sometimes would be stuck there until almost 6am, untrained management, no workbook to train people from, can be clique-y
