Pros
Great working relationship with management. Excellent training and leadership at lower levels. Benefits controlled by outside agency (pretty good but not self investing) .
Cons
To much red tape. Not enough salary for additional requirements. Hired for one job and asked to perform more that was originally on the table with no additional salary.
