Old school but growing into it

Pros

Growing very fast and pretty much have a monopoly on the Dutch marketing which allows you to work with loads of cool products.

Cons

Pretty old school structure in management. Not flat. Should be growing into this more though but very sales focussed which leads to some unhappy employees.
