Dear Anonymous, We are a company that has shown tremendous growth in the past 10 years and have always compensated our staff fairly, ensuring consistent salaries and benefits across all countries. We do however, acknowledge that it is challenging especially in the past year as we embark on ambitious growth and expansion plans. In the process, while many find it hard to cope, some thrive and show potential. We shall continue to strive to find a fair balance between company vision and employee interests. We are sad to note that you had a negative experience in DPO. We wish you well in your future undertakings. Best regards.

Pros

- I have excellent communication with my colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - My senior/superior has been instrumental in expanding my skill set through their guidance and expertise.

Cons

- There is a tendency to micromanage even the most minor aspects, resulting in an unnecessary burden and limited autonomy for the team. - The company's policy on overtime compensation is concerning as it involves working extensive hours while receiving a diminished salary. - Mentally abused by the superior. - Superior's leadership is flawed and fails to foster a positive and collaborative work culture. - Both the management and the HR department's lack of support contribute to a challenging work environment that hinders employee well-being and growth.
