      Expense and travel policy easy to work with Customer service department is exceptional Great co-workers No one works between Christmas and New Year

      Cons

      Too Much Drama Between Departments Top Achievers are unvalued Delusional management team. "Cover your back" and 'Trust No One" Mentality

      Stay Away- High turn over no wonder there is no longevity in the sales force

      Benefits and work life balance Independent business in tough economy, Easy access to high level management

      Cons

      Senior Management completely out of touch with what is happening in the field and market trends. No room for advancement and reviews are biased and structured for the benefit of others. No training protocols in place make if difficult to learn and be productive.
