      Pros

      The employees are all friendly and helpful. They try to be successful in spite of tough working conditions.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Terrible communication. The sales people are given better opportunity to succeed if they are producing. But they cannot produce unless they are given more opportunity! It causes a revolving door. The sales leadership do not know the industry and are not able to help account executives solve issues with their customers.

      Working with knowledgeable; ambitious work force.

      Cons

      High Turnover speaks for itself - Toxic Company culture created by the "Managing Directors." Beware of stellar reviews on this site - written by senior leadership to counter the numerous negative ones. Queen Bee runs the show and if you oppose her views your days are numbered. And watch out for her side kick; if she doesn't like you then you'll have a severance package waiting for you on any given Friday. And the constant vulgar language by all of senior leadership is the Norm. Employees are not Valued.

      Pros

      Lovely Receptionist staff and other staff are friendly and helpful. Free lunch on 1st and end of month. Location is 10 seconds from linton which has plenty of food locations. Right near 95 as well. Compensation is high.

      Cons

      The higher end management are highly unprofessional and rude. i encountered about 4 different situations with four different executive managers and directors that were highly rude and unprofessional. Using swears words and profanity seem to be allowed and welcomed. Where i sat in the pre-settlement department i could hear the Asian technician cursing and swearing all the way from my seat. I've never worked in a place where this is allowed.
