Pros

The work itself is fine. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Most work days are 15+ hours w/out regular breaks, and DRC expects employees to do extra pre/post production and meetings off the clock, despite offering a very low day rate. DRC claims to cover expenses, but they nit pick expense reports and deduct anything they don't like from pay. For example, they won't cover tips above 15% or valet parking (even if it's all that's available), or aspirin (after 16 hrs of blasting music). What's worse is that they are unclear and often dishonest about what will and won't be covered. They use cheap equipment and barely functional in house software. The rig frequently freezes during the marathon shoots, and any backup recovery is expected to be done off the clock. And as if this treatment and compensation wasn't bad enough, everyone working in management is rude and condescending. Just a terrible employer all around.
