Worst Company i ever worked

Good for freshers as you can learn how to work under pressure.Will get an idea about how this crooked world works.

Cons

I doubt whether the HR department knows the meaning of the word "HR". Such a waste department. Worst management also. By borrowing money from employees they conduct a lot of activities in the office and use those things for their marketing purpose. Have to work on Saturdays and Sundays without combo off or salary. They treat employees as slaves.Politics in salary hikes.Those who simply sit in the morning hours and start work after 6 pm will definetely get hikes.

Pros

Learn a lot of things in a short period of time. Learn to manage work pressure and time. I think management is becoming friendly now. I really appreciate that.

Cons

Have to work on holidays. We have to sacrifice our personal matters for a small salary. No good salary and hike. No proper rules and regulation. Rules and regulation changes with the greed of the company. We have to extend working hours daily and we cannot leave the office at least 5 minutes early. Rude behavior of the management.

Fixed timings. Not flexible. You will loose a half day leave if you are late by 30 minutes. You should meet 8hours 45 minutes daily and should meet this timings before 6pm. Otherwise you will loose a half day leave :) No Work life balance. You have to work almost all the weekends. Politics in salary hike. Treat employees like slaves. High pressure
