      Not a company that micromanages, not stressful at all.

      Communication cross-functionally isn't the best, but it's a mature start-up environment so this is expected.

      I worked with many kind and educated folks. I was pleased to be a part of the team for as long as I was. We all share input and bounce ideas back and forth in order to improve performance.

      Slight learning curve but it wasn’t that bad.
