      Pros

      In-office bar, unlimited PTO, great teammates. If you're interested in cars/trucks, you will not be bored.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership/transparency among upper management "MBA boys club". Culture-barren. Empty promises; it's one of the reasons I left.

      Over Promise, Under Deliver

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Friendly staff and employees are incredible people. Bar in the office is a plus and lunch from Fooda is a great perk!

      Cons

      Top heavy management structure. Although Drivin is technically a "start-up" the company is run as if it is a fortune 500 company. Little to no senior leadership startup experience. Strong business idea but lacking in execution.

      Lots to do and a great team to do it with!

      Pros

      Working at DRIVIN has many upsides, best of all is the flexible environment with great work-life balance. Among other things, they are flexible on attire, vacation and start times. The Chicago office is the embodiment of work hard, play hard. A+ team makes work not seem like work.

      Cons

      Moving the needle in this industry is hard work and can be frustrating. Not everyone likes the grind and there have been ups and downs for sure.
