Pros

Great Benefits Smart People Flexible Schedule Work is boring; inbetween being a glorified secretary-you’ll have a lot time to receive a certification

Cons

-Senior Managers spend too much time on Business Development and are never around to support their people. -Senior Managers are caddy, if they had a bad year, you’ll get an unfair performance evaluation, so your Senior Manager can save their own behinds. -Merit increases and raises in general are a joke. -HR doesn’t hold themsleves to the same standards as the rest of the company. -Recruting doesn’t do their job.

Pros

The commuter benefits ($8 p/d) and training budget ($2.5K).

Cons

Senior and middle leadership has demoralized its workers and ruined the client relationship. Several employees have filed complaints for unethical behavior to HR but no action has been taken. More than 50% of the staff has left in the past year and I plan to do the same very soon.

We are surprised to hear claims of unethical behavior and encourage our employees to escalate any inappropriate behavior to leadership without fear of repercussion. Although we are not aware of any complaints as cited, our HR and senior leadership are committed to responding and addressing any workplace concerns quickly and fairly.

Pros

They pay for your commute to work

Cons

These people are a complete waste of time. Worst on-boarding experience I have ever experienced. Project managers are also terrible, incredibly rude and will hang up the phone on you when asking for information. Overall communication here between HR and employees is terrible.

Your experience is not typical and is contrary to the on boarding experience that most of our employees have when joining DRT. I am familiar with this particular situation and I am sorry that things didn't work out. We expect all candidates, employees, and management of DRT to hold themselves to the highest professional standards including communication and tact.
