I have worked in this company more than 3 years and this is my advice. I had no option of leaving before i get a good opportunity outside. I had made my life screwed for 3 years. 1. 6 Days Working (even on Sundays too) 2. No Leave for Government Holidays 3. 9 to 6.30 (officially) 8.30 to 7 (un officially) 4. No Leaves for your festive season 5. Each & Every approval on WhatsApp and no mail communication 6. Each and every activity you do it will be monitored (right form restroom breaks, lunch breaks and tea breaks) 7. No work life balance 8. CCTV Camera monitored - if you are not available in your place they will call and ask you - where are you? even you are in restroom! 9. You should idle and make calls and nothing apart from that. 10. There is so called Admin for every floor - they will treat you like slaves and they are slaves for the management 11. If you open apart from CRM tool you will be questioned why? 12. You need to be slave and make more than 100 calls/ day - in what ever situation you are - so weekly 600 calls and monthly 3000 calls from one Presales. 13. You will not be treated properly (You should bow your head and be slave) 14. There will be a meeting and kill you by making you stand. 15. Your Answer should be only YES I WILL - apart from that you shouldn't say anything
