Pros

Training with friendly and patient mentors and managers. Great fam trips. Opportunity to earn good income if you are willing to put in extra time and effort. Managers are open to communication and always willing to support you.

Cons

It takes a while to start making real money. You need to work way beyond 40 hours a week to build up enough sales. Office hours are too strict despite of the extra time worked at home.

Pros

DSA is a great company to work for. The employees are close and work as team in all aspects. The team shares information in an effort to help others succeed.

Cons

Job can require long hours (evenings and weekends) but that is to be expected when working in sales.

Pros

The places you sell are interesting

Cons

Leadership doesn’t know how to positively impact staff and coach people with different styles Because management works around the clock they expect the same from you, so don’t expect someone who understands work life balance Not a great place to work if you are inexperienced
