      Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. The CEO added them and had some staff do the same. The company is run by a dictator who threatens, yells and curses at clients and staff. He is awful to work for and doesn't believe in a work/life balance.

      There are many reasons why there are many positive reviews. Many not only because most have a great work experience at dsg but they continue to work at dsg - many till retirement. We are most proud of the fact we probably have anywhere from 4-6 interns working at dsg at any given time, they not only have an excellent experience they typically want to work at dsg after college. That says a lot about dsg. We are very proud of this. DSG's culture is to be your last place of work, your last job even if you are 22 just starting out. Our history of our long standing/experienced employees is a testimonial to our environment. But I am sorry you didn't have that experience.

      Hostile Work Environment

      It was a paying job.

      The Owner yells at his employees, is paranoid about everything, fires people excessively and in front of others, is abusive, moody, and just plan horrible to work for. In reading the reviews, where people honestly commented on that behavior, he replies with complete denial. There is a lack of self awareness that will not change. There is a common theme of what most employees think of him. Those who stay are scared of him, and he enjoys that. Most people who work there are young, so do not know their options of filing hostile work environment suits.

      Cowardice fiction. Seriously doubt you were employed at dsg, especially 3 years. You are probably on to your next short term employment. Love to compare DSG's 25 year successes to your career successes.
