      Pros

      Work is Flexed and very friendly toward the Consultants. Very rewarding to help people every day. You are always doing something different so you don't get bored. I get to advocate for people I love.

      Cons

      Sometimes the clients don't answer back when you need info and they are not home when you do to meet them. You have folks with issues that people in the world don't treat with proper respect and that is sad for the clients.
