      Very unprofessional and crooked organization. Full of lies and deceit.

      Pros

      No Pros. The company is full of lies.

      Cons

      They don't pay Provident Fund, They do not adhere to Notice Periods. They do not have insurance for employees. They switch on air conditioning only if Director is in office otherwise forget it. Their toilets are dirtier than public toilets. They play with peoples career. They use pirated software like MS Office, Windows. They are not the right company to join ever. They only lie to their customers. They don't send the magazine to people and then claim that the post office has misplaced the magazine.

      No pros at all! I worked in the Pune office of this company and I must say just keep away from this organization.

      Cons

      Congested seating and very poor infrastructure. No parking of their own (employees park in lanes of koregaon park) No management at all. They ask you to extend your work time for silly reasons. Avoid!

      Appreciate your feedback. Yes, we do not boast of our infrastructure to be luxurious. Parking is no doubt an issue on the busy Koregaon Park road. We do have reserved parking in the building for few. Though the office has a basic setup it provides the individual with a lot of opportunity to learn and enrich ones future both intellectually and financially.

      As you are currently part of the company, it would make sense for you to meet up with the management rather than vent out anonymously. It is our endeavour to ensure all our team members are well-taken care of and motivated in their work. Staying in the system without making an effort to communicate your issue will only make things worse and demotivating for yourself. Looking forward to meet up to resolve.
