      Pros

      Company programs are excellent! Benefits - just like other BPOs Management - are very generous and bighearted Maintenance employees and guards - are very courteous Workspace - are very clean, cozy and comfy.

      Cons

      Work - Life Balanced for those who are not working on 24x7 Maintenance employees and guards - are very courteous than other employees Company Politics - there's, really. No growth.

      competitive salary. nice office. various bonuses and incentives. always up-to-date with latest technology. Fun environment.

      Cons

      POLITICS in the Manila office, consistent across many departments. Events that indirectly become mandatory for you to attend, which defeats the purpose of "work-life balance".
