Pros

The pay is not bad compared to other Call Centers and you will gain alot of experience working there. The bosses are great too.

Cons

The workload is not consistent. The company is real busy during the beginning of the year, but then it slows down in the summer time.

Pros

Overtime. Easy. Ability to increase your hourly by 2.00 in your first 90 days.

Cons

Pay increase is based on maintaining high performance standards that you do not have control over(production). I you only get to speak with just a few people all day and the project you are on is a high production project your percentage can lower quickly.
