      Pros

      Great close family feel if you embrace it. Very knowledgeable owners typically easy to communicate with. Clean clean clean work environment for a machine shop. Showroom quality at all times.

      Cons

      Still learning to make business stable long term. Management can be overbearing and negative while attempting to do so.

      Pros

      Flexibility with hours and time off. Very professional atmosphere encourages everyone to be their best. The company is ever growing at a manageable pace. You learn a lot when a company is constantly growing and improving. Very clean offices and shop. Brightly lit and very comfortable work environment.

      Cons

      The environment is very fast paced and bordering on stressful at times. Processes are constantly being developed and improved resulting in unclear expectations at times. Too many forms of task management and too much reliance on email.

      Pros

      The company has done a great job in hiring people that support each other and care about the work they do. This creates a culture that welcomes new people, helps them get up to speed quickly, develops talent, and supports work/life balance. It's a great place to start a new career path. The manufacturing area is super clean and organized, and that extra effort supports people doing quality work. The company has been around for more than 20 years and is a stable and growing business.

      Cons

      The location is on the north edge of the Twin Cities and can be a long commute from some areas. If you really interested in corporate jobs and climbing a career ladder, you may do better at a bigger company.
