      Pros

      Progressive Organisation with strong leadership Team having clear vision and action plan to take the organisation to next level. This is a great place to work surrounded by the great people and also you don’t feel like you are working with the seniors here , they are so friendly and we get to learn so much from them.

      No company is perfect in its own.

      Great atmosphere. Everyone here is very helpful and supportive, Also A lot of growth opportunities and Very nice workplace culture . Good team

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating policies , adding office space etc.) It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong , but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions.

      In my tenure of 7 months, I have learnt alot about SAP ABAP from my seniors, which has helped me in my career. And the great part is you don't feel that if you are working with some senior, Even the directors of these countries sits with you and discuss about your future and company's future..which was the most beneficial and exciting thing for me ..to learn directly from that much experienced people.

      Cons

      Sometimes you got so much work , when you don't know where time has gone.
