Good group of people that are trying hard to evolve the organization is a very competitive market. Flexibility and work/life balance is good. Partner with leading companies in IT. Good moral and ethical approach to sales.
Cons
Struggling to find a niche in a demanding market place. Worried about the long term viability of the organization but it always does seem to prosper. Effort and ideas are there but execution is challenging. Too many of teh silos or business units seem intent on doing their own thing instead of a unified approach
