Pros
Great company culture. Supervisors are knowledgeable and helpful Great Benefits the Health/Dental/Vision Insurance are great. If you are comfortable traveling this job is perfect for you.
Cons
The salary is average and the pay raises are usually slow growing, roughly 10% pay bump per year (45k->50k->55k)

The insurance benefits as the company continued to grow. Any technology needed was offered if you knew how to operate.
Cons
As a company grows changes were made rapidly with little explanation from the some of the upper management. Some , not all; managers were very prone to forming cliques. It was not always easy to communicate with them and trust that when you did it would remain confidential. I don’t believe that everything was always truthfully told when you requested something be relayed to the CEO. Overwhelming amount of work added by some managers. Unclear what was expected at times and what was or was not was not allowed.
