      - Close to Amsterdam centralstation

      Cons

      - Incompetent managers (ex-interns) - Incompetent CEO - Salary below market - More than 70% of workers are interns - Full-time workers ex-interns - Unrealistic deadlines to win the contracts from customers. With no resources or technical skills the projects are always delayed, customers complain and never come back for second time.

      - You are taken seriously and valued on the merits of your work, not status within the company - Responsibility is given to those who take initiative and have shown themselves capable - Flat organisational structure - Motivated colleagues who are passionate about their work, improving the processes, and helping each other - Diverse projects, clients, and colleagues - Casual atmosphere: daily (optional) lunches, and Friday drinks - Flexible hours: you can start between 8 and 9.30, and leave between 5 and 6.30, you are free to take (a one hour) lunch whenever you want - The boss is flexible and supportive in regard to personal situations - Great location, five minute walk from Amsterdam station - (Optional) team socials in Amsterdam that are actually fun

      Cons

      The freedom will fit better with some than with others. DTT will be as challenging (and rewarding) as you take initiative to make it. If you sit around waiting to be told what to do, you might find yourself bored. On the other hand, if you do take inititative, you have to learn how to manage and delegate an increasing workload.
