Pros

Some free snacks, decent comp.

Cons

Desks need to figure out their own tech stacks with no company support. No shared resources. Poor communication from management. Ugly, noisy office. Siloed desks, leading to duplication of effort.

Beware of the Firm, low pay

Pros

Overall pretty chill work hours and doesn't require too much work.

Cons

Not very profitable; much of the resources are merely allocated to DVE, and upper management takes all the money. There's a horrible culture where, I heard, the front office experienced a significant round of firing last year, right before bonuses were distributed, which apparently is normal. The pay is not competitive compared to that of other competitors, and learning opportunities are quite limited.

Pros

Good payout split and Jared is amazing CEO.

Cons

Tech really bad. Support for traders really bad. Lots of dead weight.
