      Not many. Work with some interesting technology

      Cons

      Clueless leadership. No career track. Over worked, under paid. Constantly being lied to by people that work here. Leaders with no college education. Rude and disruptive behavior or co-workers with no accountability. Lack of institutional control. No HR Department.

      Around Sports, Loose environment....Sometimes if you get lucky you get to work with some good schools and/or good coworkers

      No job track....No where to move within the company. Management doesnt care about you and/or your work life balance

      Pros

      Small company, good industry. Should be a lot of fun. If you like to travel, this is the place.

      Cons

      Management or lack of. These guys don't have a clue about running the company. They are downright mean and will degrade employees regularly by sending a company wide email telling them how bad they are. I have to pretend to agree with them or risk getting fired.
