      Frustrating,like working at a soap opera

      - SOME of the people - Benefits/salary - Friendly environment - Hours Flexibility - Work/life balance was acceptable - nicely stocked kitchen

      Cons

      - support manager to emotional, made decisions based on emotion and not good business judgement - Favoritism is rampant. - recognition not based on merit - Too many "Cliques"

      Cool product. Talented people.

      Cons

      Company's financial stability in question. Difficult management style and company culture, very argumentative. Culture lead to high turnover at the executive level. Turnover lead to uncertainty related to company direction. The HR Director was a joke, misspellings and grammatical errors in my contract.
