Pros

Comfortable pace of work. They mostly need human-interest stories (4 per months is their max appetite from any location) or have the corro go live during election seasons or to comment on big news items.

Cons

Most editors are part-timers whose priority is meeting their shift tasks regardless of what field reporters do. Payments for freelancers are always late and cannot be relied upon to pay the bills. The process in general is broken.
