The company culture in the creative department was very toxic. There was little to no structure, with unclear expectations and shifting standards that often left employees set up for failure. Senior leadership, particularly in the creative department, could be condescending and unprofessional in private meetings, while presenting a different persona on group calls. I even experienced inappropriate remarks about my appearance, which crossed professional boundaries and should have been an HR concern.
Leadership often questioned employees’ value while failing to provide proper support or guidance. Creative leads would openly criticize other team members in front of colleagues, creating an environment of distrust and negativity. This behavior made it difficult to feel respected or secure in the role. The lack of organization and professionalism from the top down ultimately overshadowed any positives. Be cautious. If you value professionalism, structure, and a healthy work culture, this may not be the right environment for you.
