One star is for the co-workers and not for the company. The employees are good and understanding and that is only the positive thing.
Cons
Worst company to work for. No salary at time. CEO has no leadership quality. Management is just good in blame gaming. They delay salary as many days as possible and literally you have to beg for salary. HR is a puppet of management. No benefits at all. The management themselves have no idea what they are doing. Many people were trapped and couldn't leave as at least 2-3 months salary was pending and they don't have any choice. Still they have not paid off many past employees pending salaries. They just don't receive their call. Thankful that I could run away from such a toxic culture. They cant retain good employees and obviously quality is down. If you want a career please don't even look at this company.
