Management (USA) were there just to milk the company in Australia and get whatever they could. Eventually went bankrupt.

somewhat flexible work schedule, but they prefer you in the office when living in TX. Some management is good, but wont matter because the CEO micromanages

Benefits - 2/10 - None worth mentioning Culture: Old school mentality. "Good Ol Boy's" Leadership: The most glaring problem is the CEO's practice of hiring his family and friends, who seem to do nothing but draw a paycheck. Leading to a toxic work environment where hardworking and talented employees are overshadowed by family members. Moreover, the HR department (CPO - CEO's friend) and Finance (CFO is CEO's friend) are an absolute nightmare. They show a complete lack of professionalism and transparency. I encountered various issues that required HR's assistance, but it always fell on deaf ears. They didn't really ever do anything, and no showed twice when I was interviewing. Guess that should've been the red flag.
