      Pros

      They provide opportunities for fresh graduates and internationals to get jobs with top German employers. They facilitate the interview process and also ensure good compensation. Friendly management that will always make sure you are doing well in and around work.

      Cons

      unfortunately, the working expereince can be quite unstable as contract extensions are required every 3 months, except the partnering company decides to employ you.
