Sometimes there's a little more to do than what the job "pertains".
Be ready to have to learn things more quickly and on your own. This isn't necessarily bad. But I do feel that if you don't learn quickly you do have a slight disadvantage but they do not necessarily gun you down as everyone says they do in these reviews. Maybe it is because their management has improved, which is great!
I find that sometimes some workers don't work as hard or they seem more lax? Not necessarily a con? But it can be because you might need to cover their slack/ those things won't be done etc...
