      Flexible timing -optional to some people Some say it's women friendly but it depends from person to person

      Cons

      Too much workload as compared to salary. Less than basic increment Biasness No extra perks Work on weekends to meet unrealistic timelines No increment if you take your own leaves due to medical reasons which are already known to them
