      Best reason to work at Dacotah Paper would be the last place to work if you can’t make it anywhere else.

      Low Pay, expensive health insurance . Rude employees. Greedy owner and CEO, Controller.

      Pros

      It's a family owned company that does a good job taking care of it's customers and employees. The employees are treated as individuals. The company continues to grow, so there are always new challenges to keep the work from getting stagnant. Little to no micromanagement.

      Benefits could be more affordabel.
