      Good to learn and well known company in korea

      Cons

      Company is only well known in Korea Highly strict culture (no flexibility, no freedom) Need to high familiar with Korea workplace culture Workplace politics happens everyday Too many back talking and gossiping No benefits at all (they sometimes give you product but it is already expired products and provide staff discount for company shopping mall but it is only valid in Korea) Work from home never allowed

      The culture is super conservative since bosses are Koreans who come from Korea headquarter. It is even getting conservative. Especially there is the worst team, with a boss who values hierarchy very highly and uses forceful language, and coworkers who are inflexible at all and even monitor their coworkers' working time at the office. This company pretends to have Dutch work culture but in reality it is not.
