1. Very poor higher management. Only a few managers are understanding and willing to understand, adapt and change. Even those are bound by higher management
2. No decision authority with AVPs and dirty politics within organization.
3. Not enough resources and poor hiring strategies.
4. Weird commitment from management for project delivery, squeezing timelines by months with no additional resources.
5. No work life balance as most of the projects are In extremely bad conditions and every task is on priority and urgent
6. Unreasonable expectations from employees to work over continuous weekends for multiple weekends
7. Customer escalations are very common, giving extra stress to employees and no support from management.
8. Company with 17 years of existence but considers itself as new company as takes projects with less budgets and tries to squeeze maximum from employees to earn profits.
9. Employees are insulted often. For survival, keep your self respect aside
10. Overall Poor HR policies and no employees friendly policies (puppets of powerful people)
11. Getting issues resolved (be it salary related, leaves related, documentation related) is such a headache
12. Too many loopholes in company policies which you only notice once you start working
13. Not sure how much great place to work it is, flexible timings were removed as soon as company received the GPTW certification
14. MAJOR UPDATE: HRs don’t respond for profile vetting calls leading me to almost getting fired within two months of joining my new company
