Pros
Has lots of opportunities for people to develop theirselves with interesting opportunities that take you out of your comfort zone. A great school to learn, be great and then leave the company.
Cons
Culture used to be good. No trust from leaders on employees, long hours working without being recognized, no courage of the senior leadship to give strong feedbacks and develop people, zero investment on people (trainnings, promotions, etc) and loosing the good stuff that we once had: possibility to work from home, benefits that never improve. If you are a brown noser, this is the place to be.
