Pros

- Flexible work/life balance. You can easily take time to focus on your life when you need to. No one will hound you about time/days you need off. - Great network of people. I met some amazing people while I worked there. - Nice office.

Cons

THE LEADERSHIP TEAM. They are not in touch with the realities of the world/their employees. They often miss the mark when acknowledging and supporting different cultures and communities. They are not progressive in their thinking, and it shows every time there is a company-wide meeting or communication. They have no plan on how to be contributing members of Atlanta's creative community. They are not good at creating an environment that a wide range of people would feel comfortable working in. They do not understand culture. They often put bandaids on problems, and have no desire to actually address the roots of problems with the agency. They often hire rude and incompetent people.

Pros

Has some Amazinggg people!! Great organization on different accounts and the CEO is very forthcoming with problems and how they plan on fixing them. The Cafe is amazing ❤️ and the lead who runs it is amazing and the energy is infectious. Creative/Strategy are incredibly talented dealing with worrisome clients on tight deadlines. Smart people running on strategy accounts!!

Cons

Relying too much on one account for income leading to insane random layoffs. Leadership has some problems, putting a lot of work on creative/strategy departments then blaming them for not being profitable enough rather than fixing the core issues within the leadership team. Because they rely heavily on one account, it leads to clients walking all over employees. No push backs or protection. People who do a ton of work are usually paid substantially less, a ton of employees afraid to speak up to leadership knowing it could cost them their job. It doesn't feel secure knowing you could be on the next round of layoffs.

Unorganized mess

Pros

The culture, people, office espresso bar and catered lunch

Cons

Leadership has NO clue how to fix long term problems, got lucky to miss the SECOND wave folks that got laid off. Was also very underpaid and overworked, had sleepless nights bc of the anxiety and was promised so many things but never got any of it. No management training was done either so that’s probably why a lot of new managers (like mine) had no clue how to provide guidance and support.
