Felt like they did not care about employees unless they were a favorite. My beat was changed multiple times to eventually be three different communities that required time-consuming research, meaning I was working around the clock. Requests for help were either unacknowledged or met with disdain, as were (accurate) predictions of future trends. Issues with my health insurance were never resolved despite telling management of a disability, meaning I never had it. The last month I was there I cried EVERY SINGLE DAY because of beratement by management. Despite being the first employee, repping the company in various ways that put them on the map, they shrugged when I said I was quitting. I was also the least paid employee, could not negotiate a raise. Former fellow employee acknowledges throwing me under the bus on various occasions, and once I quit she became the target of bullying until she quit as well.

Terrible Leadership, inexperienced, a man's word come's first and not so big on the truth. They have never found their true mission statement and really never hired a great sales leader. Had some good salespeople but got rid of thegood one. Supposedly it's million's of dollars of a family fortune and they have been advised to fold but ego won't let them. Could have been a great publication but won't they are pennywise and pound foolish. Pay the right people to lead your organiztion and you will succeed.
