What an absolute shame

Pros

This place used to have a lovely culture and work life balance but the narcissism of the founder and the recent corporate hires who all make 3-4x more than the average employee is abhorrent.

Cons

Lack of transparency. Narcissistic founder. A completely clueless president who rarely shows face but to make general announcements. No room for mobility. A complete disregard to people of color/tokenizing and weaponizing people of color to make hard corporate decisions. Often voice that DEI is a losing corporate strategy.
