Pros

Daily Provisions is a very hospitable place with mutual respect for one another, you will be taught if you're willing to learn and excel. Very friendly co-workers. Managers are respectful and understanding with new hires. But make sure you get your stuff together, no Slacking allowed, no Mikling the clock.

Cons

The only thing I can say is I've been here 3 years and 2 months and I'm yet to receive any raise in salary. I only wish they would at least mention something to be as to why I haven't gotten one. So I guess this is the only downside of working here. I perform my duties to the best of my ability each and every single day, in & out. I know I deserve a raise, but it's not up to me to do that.

Pros

Free food and drinks. Health insurance starts day one and is pretty solid.

Cons

Corporate management is weird and cultish. They seem like they’re from Severance with how much they worship Danny Meyer. Like to recycle verbiage that just straight up makes 0 sense. Sitting down is frowned upon. The brand operates like a restaurant without any of the benefits of being an actual restaurant (good tips). Some managers are chill, some of the higher pay grade ones are psycho, frankly. Not paid enough.
