Pros

Offices stacked to the gunnels with staff to monitor your performance.

Cons

Do not care about staff who have lie threatening illnesses. Instead, they do their utmost to sack as it "affects performance"

Pros

Forward thinking - creative personnel - great products (Cathedral City / Clover / FRijj etc) - excellent marketing, production, business systems, HR and financial control. Good on communication, training, remuneration package

Cons

Recently reduced staff following consolidation of business units without reducing workload. Then increased workload further due to impending sale of Liquids business to Muller without extra resources. Staff are overworked, grumpy and leaving the business - replacements have no experience of Dairy Crest and this leads to more problems. Career prospects are not good unless Cheese and Spread businesses directors put their feet down and sort out the long term situation
