      Lots of politics and no vision or support from leadership

      Pros

      Family feel and relaxed work / life balance for most teams. No work from home option though.

      Cons

      Leadership are only looking to benefit themselves or those close to them. Don’t look out for the people who do the work at the ground level, nor do they look for or provide growth opportunities. Lack of vision for strategy severely hinders your ability to grow and do positive work that has an end goal at hand. CMO shifts strategy on a whim and only brings along those close to her to lead that.

      Staff experts in field, work life balance, rewarding work in service to America's Dairy Farmers, partners, continued innovation

      Cons

      Politics at the top for such a small company. The executives focus too much on personal power and control .. much backstabbing and distrust at the top. Hard for staff to advance, move ideas forward or achieve results with heavy hand and micro management of executive staff. And some aggressive and bully like women.
