      Historic company with great people

      Cons

      New parent company is forcing them to modernize and creating chaos in the process with all the sudden changes. The culture that Dake prides themselves on is becoming non-existent. Lack of appreciation and understanding what the employees have accomplished to make it the smooth running machine that it is.

      Incompetence, no accountability, no leadership what so ever, parent company has no interest in growing this place, they have done nothing but shrink in size for three years. Very sad to see happen to a once great manufacturing company.
