      Beautiful location near Santa Barbara, CA USA. Mostlt friendly, casual culture Flexible schedules and great benefits package Excellent healthcare, 401(k) matching

      Few to little chance of advancement Nepotism rampant in certain divisons Few to no opportunities to attend conferences or continuing education Salaries not entirely competitive with industry standards Rank favortism, marginalization and rumor spreading to discredit employees or to get them to leave voluntarily

      Remote employee, so was insulated from the politics.Decent benefits because of acquisition by Agilent

      Cons

      There was a lot backstabbing occurring because older Dako employees felt threatened. Senior management are trying to stay relevant and protect their jobs because of the acquisition.
