      variety of events and duties, good coworkers, supportive staff, opportunities for overtime

      can be long hours but thats up to you. ok pay for what it is; room for growth

      Excellent instant inclusion, fast paced, well taken care of as employees, good people mix

      Cons

      Some management on point, some training great for early hires, later hired aren't as well trained. Can be confusing & overwhelming if a later hire or replacement hire. Payroll not only confusing, but also not very well explained, pay website new interface & not well explained either.

      Pros

      Dakota is a great company to work for. They are focused on employees. As a result, employees are focused on clients. Sounds like an easy concept but the majority of other companies in the field fail. Pay is great for the industry. Dakota also pays for parking which is rare in this industry. Checks arrive within days of working.

      Cons

      Really no cons at all. A well-oiled machine.
